Likely to recommend Zerorez, have been pleased by past carpet cleanings. Recent tile cleaning was very good overall, just have a few streaks that we thought would go away after complete drying.
The level of detail at scheduling was amazing. I was not there when the tech came, but they did a great job! And they were able to do it a half a day earlier than originally scheduled, which was a very nice surprise!
Sean Baker was most professional in helping us with cleaning our carpet for Christmas guests. All stalf were first class, they were on time and they did what we wanted done very well. We will call them next time we need cleaning help.

No chemical or perfume detergent smell after the floors are done, they dry faster than other carpet cleaner(s) I used years ago. I'm amazed at what you can do with tile floors also !!

My carpets were done by Zerorez a few months ago. They stay cleaner, longer than with any other carpet cleaners I've used in the past. This time I had my sectional cleaned. There was a very noticeable white discoloration on the back of one of the cushions, which I had attributed to hairspray. Keith stated that it may not come out. But he worked very hard on it and it eventually all disappeared. He also mentioned the Zerorez water in the spray dispenser with a 2 1/2 gal container of the water that went with it. He brought it in for me to try on my stainless appliances. I liked it also for my stove top and granite counters. It will be extremely beneficial to be able to clean up "pet" accidents on my own with the same high PH water that you use. I simply could not be happier with the service and professionalism of your company and technicians and will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. After all, that is exactly how I learned about Zerorez , a niece who had just had her carpets done. She , too, was extremely pleased.

My living room was my yuckier/tougher one where my dogs hang out. They make it smell like feet! Anyway, unfortunately it still smells, I saw no improvement after using Zerorez. (I have seen improvement using other carpet cleaning companies.) I just think your process/the products you use aren't sufficient. If you'd like to come out and do that room again, that would be great.
I spoke with someone at your office 2 days after having you to my house and told her the carpet was still wet. She offered a discount on my NEXT cleaning. Since then I have had to have fans running and as of last night, one week after having the carpet cleaned, and area still is damp and feels oily to the touch. Too much pet treatment sprayed on? Seems to smell at times. Not satisfied, prices way higher than quoted, late getting here and days to dry, week in some areas!
