This was my first time using Zerorez and I was blown away by the customer service aspect. When I initially called, I was greeted by a very nice man who helped me analyze my rooms and give me an estimated cost for these things. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day. My time frame was 3-5 and the technician was at my house by 3:00. I had just gotten home and he was already unloading equipment. I explained I had two dogs to grab and he could come in. My technician was one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. He came in, I had one dog (Yorkie) and he picked up my new puppy and we walked the house together. He asked lots of questions and provided my final estimate. He started pulling in equipment and started working. The space to be cleaned was huge! Six rooms and a rug. I felt guilty he had so much space to cover. Luckily there was no furniture in the space, but even I did not want to clean all of these rooms. After spending 4 hours here, and my technician exceeding my expectations, he left. We had a few great laughs regarding the Febreeze commercials and people being nose blind. I rarely meet warm people in AZ, and the work ethic is subpar at best, and this man was far from that. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I would recommend Zerorez hands down anytime. Please give my technician a pat on the back, he worked very hard here.

The first time you came out my carpets were not cleaned at all. It took a 2nd trip and it made a huge difference. Would be best to get it right the first time.
Our home smelled like a dead dog for days after the treatment. But, The carpets appear to be very clean and there is no residue. Unknown the reason for this or the cure but no other company smelled like this when done.
Troy was great and a real asset to the company! He got the urine smell out of my carpet! It's like magic. Zerorez rocks!

the technician was very thorough and did an excellent job. went out of his way to do a little extra. gave excellent recommendations for cleaning products. and once again did a very good job cleaning our floors and rug.

The guy came to clean did an awesome job!! The only thing that thru me off was my total for cleaning the carpet in living room that has a couple of stsibs, the hall way carpet, and tile/grout cleaning in dining room/ kitchen was EXPENSIVE! He did an awesome job like I said but to get hit with a bill over $300.00 was a bit much.
High traffic areas of my carpet did not come clean as I had hoped. Your technician tried to go over serveral times, but it was the soap you use that did not clean it thoroughly.

Provide instructions about how long to wait after cleaning to replace furniture on carpet, offer spot cleaner for spills that happen after cleaning.
