My carpet has dark places all over. It is not evenly cleaned. In the bedroom by the bed... There is a reddish stain that was NOT there before and there is a blackish spot at that foot of the bed. These are areas where NO ONE walkes. Is impossible for someone to come out and check the carpet. Disappointed in the way the family carpet came out.

You stand behind your product and your word that impressed us. The carpet looks Awesome and feels soft, not crunchy or hard like we have had in the past.

When I called and scheduled my original appointment, I was told I would receive a call 2 days before my appointment giving me a (2) hour window of time for arrival. I was also told that the tech would call me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. This all happened exactly as stated. The price I was quoted was exactly that and not a penny more. There were no surprises and my carpets looked great! I would absolutely recommend Zerorez. I am a very happy customer!
