My grout is still dirty and it was a total waste of my money and time. I paid $462.00 for clean tile grout and did not get. The rugs look great, but that is all. Why were you unable to clean the grout? Grout is 3.5 years old and was cleaned a year ago and I'm one person living in the house. You should have been able to clean. The tech had every stupid excuse in the book, which was so annoying. He actually said that they used different grout in an area, why would an installer do the WHOLE house and then choose to use different grout in another area with the same tile. Stupid!!! Oh and I have extra grout so they did not run out. In the main traffice area one spot looks pretty good so why was it cleaned and not the reat? I told the tech for $462 he was going to have to put the elbow grease in scrubbing the main traffic area and if he was going to just spray his cleaner and suck it right up we weren't going to get clean tile. He said he would scrub?? After he was done I had white residue in places and he was kind enough to tell me it cleans right up with a rag. Once again I just paid $462 dollars I'm not cleaning up anything with a rag you are!! What I should have heard was "Lets do a once thru over the tile and check out together and I will clean up for you" Super waste of $462!!! Last year I had 3 bedroom carpets cleaned, 2 large area rugs, 2 smaller area rugs and the entire house grout cleaned for $500. Zerorez did 1 large area rug, 1 smaller area rug and the entire house grout for $462. Not very competitive. I found it interesting that the itemization was emailed to my work email so I didn't have a chance to review until today. I should have been able to get a price itemization on Sat. $120 dollars to clean an area rug!! It was twice the size of the small area rug that cost $30 so shouldn't it been $60 to clean? Environmental Fee? Why would you need this since you use Empowered Water and no chemicals?? Your tech used my restroom which was fine, but then I had to tell him to zip his fly. He's a grown man he should know to zip his fly when he done using the restroom.
Carpet had dog oil/dirt from dogs laying on the it. I had the carpet cleaned expecting it to be odorless afterwards, the next day the smell was worse. I don't feel zeroez did a good job with cleaning my carpets.

Carpets are not over wet, dry fairly fast..polite employee, and on time. Cleaning product is safe for my animals...I have sent friends to you already..

They where on time, did a great job. The service tech was very knowledgeable and professional and it didn't take long at all I was amazed at how quickly it was done.
I was under the impression that you were the best and the carpets looked exactly same after they were cleaned. Very disappointed.

My carpets look new again dryed very fast and the service was excellent from both the girl that keep me updated on arrival time to the tech that did the cleaning

Lius, your service representative was wonderful. We have a bed-ridden family member with heart disease. He was very considerate of her needs. In addition, he did an excellent job and was very thorough. He took time to explain what he had done.

With the exception of the high traffic areas, the carpet looks spectacular. I appreciate the process and it's lack of chemicals. Andrew was terrific, explained everything in detail so I could understand completely, and is just a genuinely nice person.
I have never seen anything clean like zerorez did I can't tell you how surprised and how delighted I was to see what a good job they really do
There is big hype over te radio about how zero Rez cleans the capet real good. I know I had more traffic in living room area an the tech said he will do his best. I almost felt like if I have maintain my carpet and be real careful than what's the point of carpet cleaning. My bedroom came out great but that's because the floor wasn't mostly covered by furniture throughout my lease period. I have a 3 year old who probably spilled soda and other common beverages. I just wasn't wowed with the service. If I was told I need a second treatment I would have understood and done that. I just felt that I could have done the same with my carpet washing machine I bought at Walmart. I just had to choose a service company because my apartment complex requires me to give them a receipt of carpet cleaning done by a company once I move out. I just wonder if I would have selected Stanley Steemer for $30 more if it would have been better quality of not.
The rug dried fairly quickly. The young man did a great job.

Well to start off the time frame I was promised was wrong by 30 minutes, 1/4 of the entire time frame given. Due to that inconvenience, a representative called me and told me an extra room would be cleaned, or the protectant could be put on one of the rooms that was already scheduled to be cleaned for free. I agreed, and upon tech arrival, he never mentioned the gratis item until I mentioned it. Then he proceeded to try to convince me what an inconvenience it would be to me, because "it will take A LOT longer to dry for the protectant or a lot longer to do if he has to clean another room". He made it clear by his emotions and body language that it was going to inconvenience him. Until I told him "that if it was going to ruin his night, to not worry about it". He then smiled and said, "thanks man". After he was finished with the 3 rooms, he gave me my invoice which showed the protectant on it, and when I asked him to remove it, he told me he had to put it on because it was promised to me, but if I was contacted by the company, to "just tell them I did it for you". Well I don't know what kind of employee asks customers to lie for them to their employer. I at that moment realized, as a first time Zerorez customer, that I would probably not be using them again or recommending them. Silver lining is, he did a good job cleaning my carpets. A stain that I assumed would be able to be removed was not, but I don't believe that has anything to do with the tech. The price was fair, even considering the fact that I was asked to lie, I didn't receive the gratis item I was promised, and my tech was 30 minutes late. As for making it right, I'm not sure what you could do. I'm not traumatized from the situation, but the last encounter with the tech left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
