The technician that was sent clearly had no experience. I literally had to show him how to use the machine. A spot he said wouldn't come out I took the machine handle and used a little.pressure and the spot came right out. The carpet is not eventually cleaned. Many lines like he couldn't see where he left off to start a new area. Not a qualified or properly trained technician. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The technician came when he said he would be here. Did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Did tell is that there still is a wear issue and even though clean, it will still show. He was correct…..but acceptable. It was mostly soiled. He was very thorough. Will use this service again.
Customer Service was proactive. Tech was ahead of schedule and offered to come early. Who didn’t like that? Not having to sit around for an appointment. Yeah!

My carpet cleaning job was completed with an adequate "B" rating.
However, the Tech was too fast.
Phycis demands a speed that allows the vacuum time to pick up ALL the dirt and debris and draw out ALL the moisture thoroughly. When I vacuumed the carpets after allowing time to dry completely, the dirt monitor on my machine flashed too much.
I have memory foam padding under my carpet therefore it took over six hours to dry! The equipment was dirty and worn out. Dragging the hoses across my driveway is disgusting! Your tech brings in more contaminants than exist in my house!
Your tech needs better manners. I pointed out a small section that was missed in the final step and his reply was "I Know!"
I am a long-term customer and love your method of cleaning my carpets! I will call again the next time I need them cleaned!

I requested the air duct cleaning and dry vent cleaning services. I appreciated the integrity and honesty from technician Seth when he observed that the air duct system was in such disrepair that it could not receive the service. The cost was lowered to the service received for the clothing dryer vent cleaning. It is amazing that I can receive information about the state of disrepair from the duct cleaning technician, but did not receive any kind of information regarding this from the HVAC technicians that have provided seasonal maintenance on the HVAC system over the last several years. Thanks again Zerorez for another job/service well done!

The crew was great and they did a very good job. My only issue was that I had a few small oil stains (dime-sized) from a treadmill and I am not sure that much of an effort was made to get rid of them. I pointed the stains out at the beginning of the service. Then at the end of the service, I asked if the stains came out and the main person said no, that they couldn't get them out. Afterwards, I went and worked on them myself and the stains came out. I mean you are a rug cleaning company. Your ads show stain removal far worse than what I had so I am not sure I understand how they couldn't get those stains out.
