Excellent service.
My carpets in the living room and family room and master bedroom had been pretty badly neglected. I wasn't sure how well they could or would look after Joshua, from Zerorez
came to do the carpet cleaning. He said some of the areas were less soiled than some other compared to a year or so ago.
When he completed my carpet cleaning process, I was very impressed how good my carpets in these three areas looked. I had to say I have "born again" carpets!

Hi I just saw my floors you cleaned on Friday. The grout looks no different and there is a couple areas with spots.

Friendly and professional service
Good communication re time frame of service. Technician explained process and asked if I had questions. I like that the carpet wasn't soggy. Carpet turned out great.

I was quoted an amount that suddenly ballooned to over $200 more once the technician arrived. Additionally, the woman who helped me arrange the reservation, assured me that they would only charge me for the size of the rug that they were cleaning rather thanthe actual size of the rug. Once the technician arrived, he told me that that was not true that I would pay for the size of the rug, whether the whole thing was cleaned or not. I will never ever recommend your company. I should not have faced surprises once the technician arrived
