The carpet was a little “crunchy” when checked later for dryness. A little disappointed with that outcome on carpet that is a year old and never been cleaned.

We have used Zero Rez in the past and have always been impressed with the ease of getting an estimate, booking the cleaning and the quality of the work.
I recently purchased a used home with over 1000 sq of very dirty travertine that didn’t appear to have ever been properly cleaned. The house smelled and the floors were the source. LUIS did an outstanding job steaming the floors while protecting walls and baseboards from damage. When finished the floors came to life and looked brand new.
I only use ZeroRez for flooring and upholstery for their “cleaning technology” and trained attendants!
