No perfumes or chemicals are used in the carpet cleaning solution and they clean their machines after each home. In Oct 2023, my husband rented a carpet cleaner from a big-box store and I ended up in the hospital with anaphylaxis and bacterial pneumonia. I can only imagine the kind of bacterial and allergen build-up in the carpet cleaning machines rented from big-box stores. Zerorez did a great job truly cleaning, truly cleaning.

The technician was very professional and friendly. We had two bedrooms cleaned and the carpets have not looked this good in a long time! After the job was done the tech looked at several other carpets we have and gave us pointers about how best to maintain them which was very much appreciated.

The tech was very good
50% of stains or dirt spots not removed. I removed with Simple Green. Upgrade spray to remove organic matter ineffective and may be causing allergic reaction to wife who has never had allergies but could be coincidence as unable to verify the agent used to test on her skin and mucous membrane for a reaction
