Excellent communication from start to finish. Top notch cleaning. No smell, no mess, fast drying. The tech was very professional, warm and friendly, did an excellent job and was very kind to my dogs. Just all around an excellent experience! Thank you!
Carlos was great. He was on time, friendly and efficient. He was clear about the costs and verified one of the carpets was made of material that could be professionally cleaned before quoting the job price. The carpets came out great, and without worrying about chemicals affecting the dog or us. Will definitely use ZeroRez again.

Provide exact measurements and fees to all areas so the customer knows the cost going in. No surprises. I scheduled thru the Instagram page and the cost ended up being significantly more at time of service. Be clear and up front. Otherwise the worker doing the job gets the brunt of the disappointed customer. That is not fair.
I love how clean my tiles and carpet are. The technicians are friendly. They arrived early and called in advanced. They have great specials, very affordable. Environmentally friendly products and non- harmful to pets and humans. I've used them for 8 years.

My husband had to go over the carpet with our carpet cleaner and it looks much better. I had the expectation that the carpets would be cleaner that what we could get it. Were my expectations too high?

William did a wonderful job trying to get the high traffic areas cleaned on my older carpets. Not 100%, but looked much better than before.

Ryan cleaned our tiles and the result was very nice. Before cleaning, he tested a couple of tiles in the heavy-traffic kitchen floor first to set the right expectations and ask me if the result was adequate. I was impressed by his professionalism and courtesy and would hire him without hesitation.
we have use zero Rez since 2010 or 11 and every single time you receive my expectations. We are thrilled that you come as far north as we live now and we will always use you.
There are still a lot of stains remaining. The couch was dirty but it wasn’t the dirtiest couch ever. It just feels like I could have done this with my bissel.

Matthew is extremely professional and courteous. He took pride in his work to make sure the job was done well. Advised me on what to do with my grout. The quote was much more reasonable than Stanley Steemer to paint my grout. I will definitely be using Zerorez to get that done.
