The technician was great! He gave some great advice for what I can do to try and help keep my house clean and he described what he was doing. He helped us try to get out a big stain and was honest about it all. The carpets look brand new now and I would never look to go anywhere else to have things cleaned.
On time and carpet is clean
We were able to get an appointment last minute. The stains from a previous tenant with a dog were completely removed in our rental!

Well, everything went well except our area 300.00 area rug that was cleaned has been in the garage waiting to be taken to the dumpster since we had it cleaned. Ever since it was cleaned by your company it stinks. It smells like dirty feet. The weird thing is before you cleaned it it just LOOKED dirty it didn't stink. But other than that the rest of the carpet looked GREAT!
Pricing and room size are misleading. The radio advertisement was 3 rooms for $130ish and I ended up paying over $300 for what was done.

I did not plan on doing furniture, but when he suggested the service, I was so glad I did. I also purchased the water for my own cleaning purposes and looking forward to using it.
