1. You did not send out the person I had requested.
2. The area where the Zerorez service vehicle was parked was a little dirty when the job was done.

We love that the carpet is soft after it dries

My area rugs in kitchen have some areas that are visibly not clean. I expected better

Fast drying carpet and chair. Cleaning product made my carpet look new and fluffy. Casey was very efficient and nice. She did a great job! When I added her to clean my rugs from my car, she was happy to do them, even tho I forgot to order that service on the phone when scheduling. We liked her,

Frankly, my wife and I were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of our technician, James. He took the time to walk us through the whole process and make sure we had a solid experience.

The carpets didnt feel crunchy after being cleaned like how other cleaning products make it feel.

Your cleaning method is extraordinary. I love it. But your prices for steps and extra rooms, not to mention your add on "trip charge" are too much. I can't justify spending over $100 just for steps and given that most of my extra rooms are traffic only, the room charges are too high too. Especially given your tech is in and out so quickly. So, I would recommend you w/out reservation but with the caveat that it's very dear for extras and most of my friends won't pay it. I have two homes. One is small. I can have you clean it for close to your basic price and I do. But, I'm looking for another company to do the other one. It may not be as good, but it'll be good enough for the savings. I wish it weren't so.

Associate Brandon was excellent. He did a great job. My expectations of the cleaning and de-odorizing did not hold up. My carpet still smells the same.
