There's still a lot of spots and I swear there are new spots.
The only thing I want to share with you is you are very expensive with all the extras. It should be a flat fee. I was very satisfied with the man who cleaned my carpets.

nice tech very professional tile grout looks incredible and smells great. Used you cleaning kit on it this past w/e its awesome thanks so much and thank Ben and Matt at KNIX they wouldnt shut up about you guys so I had to see for myself. :)
Just the way it turns out.
I really liked the guy who cleaned my carpets and they feel and look cleaner. My carpets were damp in places for over 24 hours. I have only used zerorez so I don't have anything to compare it to but they were wet for a long time which I would hesitate to reccommend.

there is nothing that I don't like, dries quick, no odors, looks like new
cleaning service was great, carpets came out clean and service tech was very helpful and professional.
Did a great job on 6200sf of carpet. Stains are gone. One carpet was a problem but Zerorez came back out and took care of it.
The gentleman who came out was very pleasant and the results perfect. I like the fact that Zerorez confirms via email.
