Great service all around, end result was great too
I truly appreciated the follow up call regarding my appointmement and having a 2 hour window, and then a follow up call with a more accurate time. This service helped me plan our busy lives. Thank you. I also like how there are no chemicals used and the carpet doesn't feel crunchy. Our technician had great customer service and was very personable and professional.

I liked that after the carpets were clean and dried they weren't crunchy, like dried soap/chemicals were still left in the carpet. It felt soft and looked very clean; like new. I would highly recommend Zerorez. Thank you.

Clean the carpet properly the first time. I've had my carpet cleaned twice, and both times I've had to have areas cleaned that were obviously missed the first time.

Poor quality results in cleaning grout; left our house a mess; damaged our wood floors by dropping equipment items on them. You need to pay for the repairs to my wood flooring and reimburse us for the cost of our grout cleaning.
It does the job. Carpet looks great.
The service tech wasn't very friendly. He charged for 3 roons. I agree the carpets were dirty but he only went over them once. He was out of there in less than 45 minutes. He was packed up and going without even asking if I was satisfied. I hope all of techs are not like this. If so you won't be in business for very long. This was supposed to be a surprise for my sister that has several health issues. There is no surprise because you can barely even tell that the carpets were cleaned professionals. Please don't do this to the next customer
I was not pleased with the results of my carpet. Some spots were still there that I thought should have been removed. Overall, the carpet did not look well cleaned. I have had better results from previous companies.
