However, confused that our family room counted as 1 room in Nov. and 2 rooms this time.

All employees I was in contact with were very courteous and helpful. The technician was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to make the decisions about my carpet cleaning needs. He was on time and did the job quickly, yet thoroughly. This is my 2nd time using Zerorez and I will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs.

My appointment was delayed, but never received a call. I am the one who had to follow-up. As a courtesy, call the client and let them know the appointment is delayed.

The offer of three rooms was a little false. I was never told that the rooms needed to be the size of a closet. I moved all my family room furniture and then did not have the service done because of the price. My dining room is very small and I was told that it was oversized. Really? you need to advertise the size of the rooms and how much you charge. My carpets turned out great- I knew they would. Just disappointed in advertisement.

Zero razz has cleaned both our tile and our carpet. Both results have been beyond belief. I thought we would have to replace the carpet, but zerorez did an incredible job of cleaning. I would use you again in a heartbeat! Trey is extremely professional and always put his best foot forward. Thank you for a wonderful experience

My carpets do look a little cleaner only in some areas, but are hard and stiff and rough after the cleaning. It seems like there is residue left behind. Not what I expected at all.
