On time, friendly very professional technician, carpets look clean!
Carpets weren't soaking wet. Cust service was 100%
Tech told us that we needed to have the carpets cleaned more than once to get some of the high traffic areas but he couldn't work on them right then

How well they worked!
They do a great job of listening to what you need and want them to do. Reese tried very hard to accomplish everything I needed done and it was a LOT. He didn't get annoyed or frazzled with my requests. The carpet looked as good as it could when he was finished for being old and pretty dirty and pet stained. The tile looked great too.
The first time i used you guys the technican came in up sold me on a bunch of stuff came in and put corner guards up all around base boards and i was impressed so i called you guys back to do my new house. We had the painter At the house on friday and he went through the whole house 100%. So you guys show up on a saturday technican pretty nice guy. We choose not to upgrade any of the service, technican gets started and doesnt put up corner guard and i thought oh well he knows what he is doing. He leaves and i look at all the corners where the hose was dragged around and it scratched every corner the hose went Around. That makes me upset anf probably the only reason i called you back from last time not your empowered water story but the corner guards and here i got screwed with no corner guards so i spent my time after i already paid someone to do it, for me to go around and repaint 3 corners. Bummer not happy with your service sorry.
I like that you do not use soap. Also, I was sent before and after pictures as I could not be there to follow up. The carpets really look nice. Even the very soiled walkway cleaned up nicely.
Excellent service and great job cleaning our carpets in 3 bedrooms and our truck.

Everything, the carpet looks like brand new
We were very impressed with the service. The cleaning was great and the rugs dried very quickly. The technicians who arrived were friendly and efficient. I do feel that the pricing was high for the space that we have. We have an apartment with a living room that is 150 square feet and a dining room that is 58 square feet. We were also charged for a hallway which I assume is referring to a 3 ft are of carpet that extends from the dining room to the tiled laundry room.
Compared to a house I feels that our rooms are much smaller and i would appreciate it if there was a pricing guide aimed towards apartments.
We do appreciate the service that was provided.

I like the cleaning solution because it doesn'T CONTAIN SOAP. THE YOUNG MAN THAT CLEANED OUR CARPETS WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. WE WE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS.
Carpets didn't come out very clean. The technicians were very professional but very disappointed with the outcome of the job. I need to have them redone.
Tech was in time and service did not take too much time to complete
They are safer than the chemicals other companies use. the results were great, especially the tile/grout
They seemed to work very well. Most of the heavy traffic marks and stains were removed. There were a couple stains that did not come out and it still smells like fiberize in the spare room . It is much better than it was and your crew was very respectful. polite and had good follow through.
