My carpets look really clean although some of the spots are reappearing. Overall I am happy with the results.
I was actually very satisfied with the work that was completed. However, there was a miscommunication about the price. I called to discuss my concern and was told that it would be called back the next day (Thursday). It is now Saturday and I have not received a response.

My carpets stay clean for a very long time once you have done them. I was having to get them done every 4 mos. with other services, once I got hooked on Zerorez they stay clean up to a year. Plus booking is so easy and quick.

We have never had a problem with scheduling your service, your response has been very quick. Good working attitude by your service pros too.
Cleaning machine broke down, had to wait an hour for technician to drive back with another one so the cleaning more or less took up a whole day.
There seems to be lines of dirty vs clean now.
The technician who came did not have the experience necessary to assess my specific situation. Thus, the tile floors were not cleaned. We just had an experienced technician with a different company come to our house in order to assess the floors. His conclusion is that we have a grout haze. He is going to come back, do a test, and then decide how to clean the floors. He is confident that his service will produce better results than ZeroRes. I had never used your company before, and after my experience, would not be able to recommend it. I believe your technician had very little experience and no knowledge of what to do. Although, he was very nice.
The time spent on the work, seemed like it was done rather quickly and could still see the water coming up was not clear

The technician was excellent and thorough throughout the entire cleaning and took time to answer all our questions and explain each process as it was being completed. Keith did a great job and I am excited to refer Zeroez to all if my friends as a top quality cleaning service.
We are disappointed with your policy of charging for two rooms if one room is over 250 sq. ft. regardless of the furniture in the room. We have 4 carpeted bedrooms. 2 measured over 250. However, because of furniture, far less than 250 sq. ft. in each room was actually cleaned. Your service professional was kind enough to inform us that he had discretion on the charges and only charged us for 4 rooms. He said he would be giving us his labor for free, which I find hard to believe. But, in the future I would not want to pay for more than 4 rooms because of the measurements not accounting for the furniture areas where carpeting was not cleaned. Additionally, he informed us we should have a carpet protectant (Scotchguard?)placed on the carpet about every 18 months. However, where we purchased the carpet said it was Stainmaster and the protection is built into the fiber.

Great personnel doing the job, fair price, great product, arrive when they say they will. No complaints in anyway, great to do business with, have for a number of years.

It was okay. Just felt like they were trying to sell us more. Had to ask for technician to go over certain high traffic areas multiple times. We kept being told that it was permanent wear and couldn't be fixed. It did eventually look better and technician did listen to us. We just didn't notice as much of a difference for spending $134.
This was my first time using this service. I liked the honesty of the technician and promptness of his arrival. Though my carpets had previously been cleaned prior to your service I wasn't sure what type of results I would receive with this cleaning. I was hoping for dog odor removal but found that wasn't the case. All in all, I would still use this service again.
