Very well done and very efficient. My technician was awesome.
You guys made it easy to schedule service and were able to get an appointment right away. The service tech was on time and very very polite. I believe his name was Shawn. He did a great job and was able to finish the job in a short amount of time. I think you all have a great company and I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!
I had Gary Dalton clean my carpets. I would never have him again, he did horrible job. One year ago I had Eric Storm he did amazing job and really clean my carpets and Gary was to big in hurry to get out. Gary showed up at my door at 8 talk with me for about 5 min I showed what I wanted clean. He unloaded his truck and got set up this is about 8:10, by 8:20 he was loading his truck up,came back in at 8:25 saying he was done. I was shock and told him so. I told him that the last guy ( Eric) clean for about one hour his responds was then the other guy must not be very good!If you look at the invoice it was sent to me at 8:29 it would of been earlier but the invoice was not on his phone so he had to call the office to have it put back on so that took another few min. So it took him 10 min to clean 3 rooms, living room, master room,and Masterbath-closet. And it looks like a 10 min job. I did sign the paper saying every thing look ok because the carpet was still wet but after it dried you can tell where the walking path was in the master bedroom. My husband was shock at the worst job ever. Like I said Eric did a great job and I did tell a lot of my friends but now I will think twice before I mention Zerorez. I think you need to retrain Gary.
This last job was disappointing, there was some areas that I know were not cleaned. Felt he was hurrying to leave somewhere more important which is why the job was sloppy.

Brian was the gentleman that came to clean the carpets. Explained all the costs, answered questions, very polite, worked quickly. Love the Zerorez empowered water and refilled my container. Clean every surface using this water. Love it.
Doggie stain in den. Application of proper chemical should removed. Also master closet has a smell still after cleaning carpet. Thank you, Name removed

I liked the job done, everything looks wonderful. The only issue I had was that the tech was an hour behind the 2 hour window that was given. That's my only complaint, but I know it's hard to estimate that stuff sometimes. Thank you for this great service, I will be back!

The service was great as was the carpet cleaning. However, I would not recommend the tile cleaning/seal. It left a horrible residue that we have mopped up several times since Friday. Very disappointed.
