I love how safe the product is for my pets and children. More than anything, I loved my tech and how honest and efficient he was.
I've had Zerorez out to my home two times now and both times the young man that cleaned my carpet was extremely personable, kind, pleasant, and always smiled when I spoke to him. It was like going to Chick-fil-A to have carpets cleaned! I appreciate good customer service no matter where or what the service being provided is for. The technician never once gave me the impression he didn't want to be there. Zerorez is setting a high standard and a good example.

When calling to confirm the appointment, just leave a message! It is not necessary for you to call to leave a message for me to call back, then I call back and get placed on hold just to receive a time frame for the appointment -- just leave a message of the time frame!

Very good service and results, but a little pricey compared to other companies. You
large stain in the living room left there. i had often removed the same type of stain, so i know it's possible. it was left completely untouched by your treatment. waste of time.

The idea that your $40 product/service to treat pet accidents is a great option but it didn't really seem to work. I know every environment is different and I knew it wasn't guaranteed but I was disappointed. However, your technician was early and efficient. Very nice guy.

I have been out of town so that I did not get a good look at the floor when finished. There are dark spots in the grout and the technician told me he could not get them out, but my husband scraped on one of them, and it started coming out. I know the technician did not do any "manual" work to lift those stains, and I also found some corners that were not touched. Otherwise, he was very pleasant and a very nice man. I am somewhat disappointed that extra time was not spent trying to get out the stains.
