Fast, friendly service, and my carpets look and feel great.
I had my tile cleaned before by a different company and all the dirty and grime came out of the grout . I was disappointed with how my tile looked after your service. It really doesn't look all that clean in spots especially since I paid $110.00

You did not schedule me and your employees would not admit the error. I took the day off work and cleaner did not arrive until after 6:00 pm!

I don't know anything about your products. However, the cleaning of my carpet and
especially the stain from the rug matt under the carpet being wet was truly a
bonanza for me.

I was very happy after Eric completed the carpet cleaning. My carpets look GREAT! Eric was professional and explained what he was doing and I loved the fact that he did an area and showed me what the difference was and if I wasn't happy he would leave but the difference was outstanding ..... Carpets are CLEAN! Will use ZEROREZ again.

Dont understand why you left a big dirty in the corner if it required more money i had no problems it took me all of 5 minutes to clean it myself by hand i know you cant make a silk purse from a sows ear the rest was done nice thank you
