Did great job on my carpets. On time, courteous and fair price.
I have mixed feelings now because I was completely blown away with the level of cleanliness of the carpets last year. However,this year I wasn't as impressed at all. The carpets just weren't as clean this year compared with last year. I guess it comes down to the tech. Last year the tech seemed to take longer on less work. This year the tech went super fast and didn't get the carpets half as clean.I would recommend more consistincy in how the techs approach each job especially since the tools that they work with are all the same.
Clean with heavy chemicals or soap, how fast drying it is, no odor. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional service people both in the office and at the home.

Products seem great. Tile came out wonderful. I had some bad carpet stains that right after u did them they looked great. Now 2 days later they appear to b getting darker. The guys that came were great. The initial calls that I made to first set up the estimate for cost then the call back to dry up the cleaning were a bit frustrating Not sure if they were new employees or what. Thx for your quick turn around and thourough job
The Tech that came out was very polite and worked well with me to get my carpets cleaned. There were some areas that did not get as clean as I would have preferred but the overall outcome of the carpet cleaning was good.

The carpet felt starchy after it was cleaned. I'm not sure why but I don't like the feeling of it on my bare feet

I like how there are no soaps or detergents. Leaves the carpet soft and not crunchy!
Technician was very organized and efficient. Previous cleaners left black marks from their hose on wall corners. Steve had none.

Representative (Codie H.) was pleasant, instructive and informed in the use of your products, communicated well throughout the process and made sure he was available and attentive to all of my questions. I especially appreciated that he took the time to test for color fastness and discussed options before starting. My furniture looks and feels great. I am very pleased!
Your people were not only on time, they were early. They got the job one in a reasonable amount of time and they did a good job. Floors looked great when they left.

The Tech's come in, look at carpet and decide on what treatments that might need to be done. The communicate to me ( the customer ) what options to do the job are available. Always get the best cleaning effort on my carpets. Great service and great results is a winner in by book !
