Professional service.
99% of the stains came out which is amazing because there was red and blue soda stains hidden under furniture. Even the 10 year old pet stains came out!!!! The technician was on time, very nice and done in an hour and a half instead of 4 hours previous companies spend. The carpets were not soggy when finished and there was ZERO damage to my painted corners from his hoses. Can't pick which part pleased me most but I am ecstatic with the finished product and will be using them again before the holidays!

There's no heavy purfume scent. Several members of my family have asthma and that was one of my main concerns. 48 hours later, no one has had any problems!

I have heard a lot about Zerorez on the radio, that it leaves your carpet like "new" so I decided to give it a tried. I was disappointed when I was told it was "extra" for spot removal "red stains" $25.00 per stain, total was about $225.00 didn't know that was additional charge. The carpet was wet I couldn't move my furniture back until the next morning way pass 12 hours like I was told. It gave a nasty smell but was told that it was because it was wet. I had fans going to help with the drying part. Even after I left home the next day around 12 carpet was still wet in some areas. I guess my expectations were to high.
When calling to say you have a tech in the area that can come in the next 20 - 25 min, give people a chance to make a phone call, get a response, and call you back before just sending him on. After calling and rushing to make arrangements to have someone there, when we called back, they said, oh the tech isn't available now.. it'll be your regular time.
All within about 5 mins of the original call. We even told the lady we'd have to call and see, then call back. We were told no problem, but when we called back, suddenly they don't know what we're talking about. We got put on hold, only to eventually be told the tech wasn't in that area anymore. Really, in 5 min? After going through a bunch of calls to try to make it happen? That was frustrating... why even call and offer to send them early if you can't wait 5 min for an answer back? Otherwise, what was the point?
However, the tech was friendly and nice and did a great job on the very crappy carpet at the rental house. We'd still use you, as you do great work, but the customer service that day was less than stellar. They were very nice, don't get me wrong, but seemed scattered in finding out what was actually going on.
Would have been better to say, if we couldn't answer right then, they would have to just send him to the closest call instead. That would have been less frustrating than trying to coordinate, from work, with the people on the receiving end, calling back, then getting the run around about the tech not being in the area now. That's all.
And no, I don't require contact. We're all good... just you asked so I thought I'd share. Have a great day! :) You all still rock!

Great service. I have always cleaned my own carpet and thought I did a good job. While watching my carpet being cleaned I was embarrassed how dirty it actually was. I will not be cleaning my own carpet anymore with Zerorez around. Great people to work with. Very concerned that I was completely satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. AKS

Our service tech, Sean, was very courteous, prompt, informative and well trained. He did an amazing job on our carpets and made it look like we never had dogs in our house!
That your products are safe for pets. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable and did a fabulous job.
There was a lot of soapy residue left after having my tile and grout cleaned. I had to mop the floor 4-5 times before it was finally clean. I actually spent more time mopping the floor after having it cleaned than the tech spent cleaning it. The grout does look a lot better though.
Asked tech to try to get red stains out. Tried and couldnt. Called another carpet cleaner and 3 days after Zerorez came, the other carpet cleaner got ALL RED STAINS out.

No harsh chemicals and no smells! :)
