Cleans as well as advertised. Grout in tile floors that was black went back to tan again after cleaning.

I originally called in and said I needed some rooms cleaned. they gave me a price and I thought ok I'll just change things up when they arrive and get my costs down...unfortunately that's not how it works. I paid 350.00 for two rooms...he told me they can't lower the price once its quoted over the phone originally. I took time off work and was on a very tight time frame. I had no other time to cancel and reschedule as this wouldn't be fair to you guys as well so I bit the bullet and paid 350.00 for two rooms. I've learned my lesson and will not make the same mistake. I do know that I will order the bare min. next time and won't get screwed next time.

My rugs did not get clean. It looks like you just pushed the dirt around. Places that weren't dirty now look dirty. I am very disappointed in the service I got.

I was not called before they arrived and there was still stains left in one of our rooms

Shorter drying time. Everything is now 100% clean and no crunchy soap. The technician was on time, curteous and gave us feedback how to main the clean like new carpet.
There is no leftover stiffness or residue in carpets, like we've had when using other cleaners. They smell and feel clean again.

The tech - Trey Rogers - was very informative without being so pushy that we felt obligated to purchase more services then we originally ordered. Also, the appearance & feel of the carpet within 24 hrs was like it is brand new when it's actually 3 years old. We will definitely use your company again for carpet cleaning & plan on having our time cleaned before the end of the year.
