I liked Able. The guy was great and very professional. It was a pleasure to do business with zerorez. Wolfley is right! I even paid more but did not care because of the quality of work. Able even went out of his way to be respectful and extremely clean while in my new home. WAY TO GO ZEROREZ!!!!!!! I will for sure use and recommend ZEROREZ to my friends family and strangers. The techs that came out were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to push any additional services. They also did a walkthrough with me when they were done to make sure I was happy.
The technician did not show up for my first appointment. Then when I sent the area rug in to be cleaned I was told it would be over $300 when the initial quote was $175. So many issues for such a large company that should have their business together. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone ever. I am also expecting my rug to be returned to me in worse condition for having been man handled and sitting in a warehouse over a week.

I thought it was a good product and it seemed to clean better then other services I have used.
My dauhter left the technition after she gained entry to the home. I also didn't go back into the home to check on the work on the carpet. I recieved my deposit for the home and was deducted $300.00 that was witheld for the deposit because the carpet had to be redone. I don't know if the tech didn't do the carpet since he was left alone. In the intern carpet cleaning cost me over $525.00. Not satified at all and will not be using you again, sad thing Zerorez was highly recommended.
