The carpets looked really great when the technician came out but it now has been a week and the house no longer smells fresh. It seems the odors are returning.
My carpets are clean and there is no chemical residue!
1.The advance scheduling. 2. Prompt and thorough service and cleaning. 3. Communication with the company representative was excellent. 4. The technician was patient and explained the cleaning process and the chemical being used. 5. The price is very reasonable.
No harsh chemicals or soap residue were huge factors in trying ZEROREZ.
We were about to replace the carpet. Sure glad the carpet salesman mentioned

Technician was very informative & did a great job.
I was under the impression that this new treatment would eliminate any carpet problems, but the treatments and extra treatments I paid for did not eliminate the pet urine odor and I am going to have to replace my carpeting. I didn't see any difference in the Zerorez than any other company I've used and feel I got better results with other companies.

I liked the polite and helpful service that Andrew provided. He was prompt and worked efficiently to help me with my problem carpeting.
My technician ran his hoses over my rocks in my front yard, I have a very fine grade rock so it is hard to keep managed. I even parked on the street to give him plenty of room. Also he did not wipe up myself. No big deal it was easy to do but I just assumed he would do that. And last I'm not quite sure that just hot water really actually clean my carpet, not that the technician did a bad job, I'm just not really sold on the product.
On the other hand my technician was very professional and I really enjoyed our visit. I felt he was very thorough and very informative. Very pleasant to deal with.
Your scheduling on the other hand needs some improvement I made two appointments and one was scheduled on the wrong day and the other was scheduled at the wrong time.
My carpets look great and Preston was very professional and polite and worked hard to achieve a great result!

Able to get the soil from carpet. Also, liked the smell of the pretreat solution. Awesome courtesy from the personnel on phone to make appointment and gentleman who cleaned the carpet. That was greatly appreciated. Yes, I would use you again.

The gentleman Preston, was very courteous and professional. He knew exactly what to do, and complied with our suggestions/wishes. The product cleaned the carpet area we were most concerned about (dog feces) and Preston was kind enough to put his nose to the carpet and check it out. Amazing! Thanks, guys. Good job.

We like the idea of water cleaning our carpets and not chemicals.
Able to remove soapy sticky residue from previous cleaners. Dries quickly. Carpet and tile look like new.
The price I paid certainly didn't reflect the quality of cleaning I received. Once my carpets dried, you couldn't tell I had had them cleaned. The technician who did the job didn't even cover his shoes while he was cleaning my carpets. I really didn't need him putting dirt into my carpets seconds after cleaning them. Also, he placed the dryer so that the layer of my carpet that lays flat (the slide-out part of an RV) was actually being blown upwards. If I hadn't said anything to the technician right away, my carpet would probably no longer lay flat. Finally, I couldn't believe that the technician didn't tell me about the $14 environmental fee until it was time to pay. That's a significant fee and certainly should have been disclosed up front. I was really looking forward to seeing your company's work, but sadly, I regret choosing you after my experience. I really wish I had better things to say.
The representative was very polite and friendly, the job was done efficiently and very well.

Most Everything.... what a difference in the tile and grout. The couch doesn't look much better than before cleaning.... but the carpet and surely the grout is absolutely beautiful! Haydn was well-versed and easy to talk to....

Friendly phone service, technician is professional and knowledgable. My carpets look great and it takes no time at all to dry. Love zerorez and don't know why anyone would use a cleaning service that isn't Zerores!!!

Zerorez had been out to our home twice before this last visit, always doing a great job. Dimensions of rooms were taken during the first and/or second services so we got a quote over the phone. When the service guy came out he said the quote was to low and he could not do it for that price. Something about one bedroom being considered two rooms. We needed it done so we put up with him re-measuring and re-quoting, this took some time. The quote was almost double the initial over the phone quote. I understand we added a application for pets which costs more, I have no problem with that. We settled on a reduced price so we could get this done and move on. If we had the time we would have told him to leave, but your work is good and prior to this happening we were always happy with the service and would have never considered anyone else. Now we are uncertain if pricing over the phone can be trusted. To make things right I believe a credit on the next service is fair.
