We needed same day service and we got it! We had a disgusting situation and Zerorez handled it well.

The carpets always look nice afterwards and the service is quick and efficient. I will say this time, I did not receive a call indicating the service tech was on his way, however, he was within the time slot that I received when they called the day before to confirm my appointment. The tech was polite and explained all the process and reviewed the pricing before he started. I am pleased with the outcome of this service call.

I have used Zerorez three times now. I'm very happy with the results but I am tired of the tech's lecturing me about any stains on my carpet, particularly the pet stains. I called you because my carpet needs to be cleaned! The last tech I had was wonderful, this time, not so much. He seemed annoyed to be working at all and told me I really should replace my carpet in my very large family room!!! Is he going to pay for it???? I just want my carpet cleaned, not be made to feel awful because I have a dog. I wish I could request a tech and get the same one every time. It would not be the one I just had, that's for sure.
Natural, no odor, safe for kids and pets...
This time the job was sloopy and it seems that the carpet was not cleaned properply in one bed room. Plus there dirty water left on the title next to the carpet I had to clean this up. The worker was nice just did not do a good job.
Transparency with the formula you use to determine what is considered a room and the resulting price. Phone contact is great, scheduling is easy, and communication about anticipated appt. time is important

Why do the spots that I had now yellowish in color? I had the protection put on for the traffic areas. Does that make it turn yellow? Are your products different? I would highly recommend Hayden
The guys work hard and do a good job. There is a problem with the way the bids are done. A quote being given over the phone and then your representative coming out with a more aggressive approach to measuring and bidding gives the consumer the feel that there is a significant motivation/incentive to upsell your product rather than a genuine interest to serve the clients needs at fair market value for services performed. This is consistent with the experience of my wife's office and reviews online. You guys are doing yourselves a disservice with this model. I, likely, will have 2-3 estimates orior to having further interactions with you guys. I currently feel that i would have received a better deal had i followed my traditional approach of several bids before allowing work to be done. this is not a business model that has longevity/loyalty in mind.
Like the great customer service. The tech was great and the corner protectors were a nice surprise.

You service was good but you never mentioned about an environmental fee of $14.00. If your cleaning process is based on H2O where is there an environmental problem????? This needs explaining. $14.00 for what? I spend less than that when I get new tires for my car. Is this a way of making up for your promotional fee of $20.00??
