Your customer service department needs lots of help. I thought the customers come first.
I had a major problem with miscommunication, and walked away thinking it was my fault. Your customer relation person made me feel like I wasn't telling her the truth. She had no patience with me.

Very professional, thorough, and completed the services in a timely manner. The carpet is only minimally moist after cleaning and dries quickly with a fresh smell. Our service technician also was knowledgable regarding other cleaning questions we had regarding furniture and tile.

We called the day you finished the job complaining that the walk areas in the bedroom were still dark. We are still waiting for a call back. This is no way to run a business when it has been 6 days since you did ourcarpets!

I appreciated that they called me to let me know that a tech would be there in 20 minutes or less. Jeff was right on schedule. He was polite and answered any questions I had. My carpet looks great and he was in and out in less than an hour.

Zero fez was re pm ended by a friend. She was very pleased with the service. The tech, Dylan did a very good job cleaning my carpets. He worked very hard at cleaning the stains in the traffic patterns. Dylan was friendly and hard working. I made an appointment to have Zerorez return for tile and grout cleaning . I also requested Dylan be the assigned tech.
Zerorez should include all services available in their advertising. Had I known all the servicing, I could have scheduled tile/grout cleaning at the same time as carpet cleaning.

The service was very good. They explained everything to me and gave me different options
to choose from. They were very thorough when they cleaned the carpet and neat. I like the
