SCHEDULING PROCESS AND THE WORK WAS QUALITY

I am a true believer in the zerorez product, they have successfully cleaned my carpets that now look like new! I love that there is no soap product used yet it is sanitized and feels great! I particularly liked my service man Abel Valdez, he was just excellent!!

How clean every thing was even the ones that were there when wet are all.gone when it dried

Professional personnel and quality service
The person was scheduled to do the work between 2-4:00 p.m. They began work at 6:30 p.m. and never made a call to change the time. Once they did arrived they wanted to charge my parents significantly more money to perform the work. We have always had great service from you but this last experience regarding the service provided to my 91 year old parents was terrible. I will have to consider long and hard as to whether I will use you again in the future.
The great job that they did at getting our carpets and tile clean and a good price!
My carpets are always really clean. Andrew has gotten gum out of the carpet twice and removed all stains.
