My carpet looks fantastic and I hope with no soap used it will not track dirt as before when other carpet cleaning companies cleaned it.

I am very pleased how easy my carpet came clean. Like new! And that clean lasts 4 times longer than other cleaners.

What I liked is that no soap or detergents were used to clean the tile and carpet, which would leave a residue if used. The tech took his time going through the whole house and he didnt care how long it will take to get the job done, which was awesome! Very satisfied with everything.

We have Shaw carpet purchased from Costco and they recommended Zerorez which is the only carpet cleaner we have used. Unfortunately, your product does not remove all of the dirt spots/areas. The last technician was very professional and polite but your product just doesn't clean the carpets the way other carpet cleaners have performed.

Technician was very curtious and informative. I like the fact i was not up sold or pressured to buy extras.

The technician was very professional. He took very good care of us and left our carpets looking brand new. He offered booties to put on until the carpets dried. Kevin was awesome and because of him I will be a repeat customer and will be requesting him again!!!

I loved that it leaves no residue, the carpet looks awesome and I bought the water and love how well it cleans all my surfaces with no streaks

We had a basic cleaning and the stain is still visible (not pet related) and I didn't think the traffic areas had much change in look once the carpet was dry. I was very disappointed as I had talked to other people that highly recommend your company.

Thought you did a great job. The tech was very nice, and careful to not disturb or break things. And our carpet looked the best its looked in a very long time.

Trey was very professional. The carpets did look better, however, many spots returned after it dried and he left. I am in a rental so not sure what the stain were so we weren't able to know for sure to help him out.

My carpet spots weren't removed to my satisfaction and I was told it was shadows or because of worn carpet pile.
