Communication was very good in regards to expectations and what zerorez cound and couldn't do from the service man as well as being prompt and professional.
On time, very professional technician, quality cleaning
This was the second time zerorez came to our house. The first time I was extremely pleased and was very happy with the work. This time I feel like the tech rushed through it. He was nice and redid some of the tile, but I'm still not satisfied. Someone from your company is coming out on Tuesday to look at the work
Quality work and he explained everything before he started. He showed the progress and asked if we had any questions before he left. He always was asking if he was doing it well enough for us. Very happy with the work!

I like how friendly your team is, how quick and thorough, and I love that there are no harsh chemicals used. I hate that crunchy carpet feel, and there is none of that with you guys!
There is zero difference in the appearance of my carpet. you cannot tell we even had them cleaned.
I love the fact that Zerorez does not use any soap products to clean my carpets or tile. My floors stay cleaner longer and never any dirt spots resurface. I also use the water to clean my home. works great and no residue left behind from chemicals
the carpets are cleaned the technician was professional but the "specially" treated area of cat urine still smells Today...several days after drying.

We did not receive a phone call prior to the arrival of the technicians even after being assured we would, they arrived 2 hours early and completely disrupted our business.
My wife is very sensitive to chemicals and after the cleaning she was able to walk barefoot on the carpet with no problems. The technician was friendly and efficient. Was a great experience
