Our carpets look amazing! The technician was at my house when scheduled, and he was super personable, friendly, and knowledgeable!

The reception either doesn't listen or doesn't write things down. I set up the services but I asked them to call my fiance for the service. They called me every time. The reason they needed to call him was because I work odd hours. They were lucky I was sick so I could call him and let him know they were on their way. Additionally, I don't trust the quotes on the rugs. If my fiance can haggle ithe down, that's a really bad sign. And they didn't even get all of the stainsame out. One of my rugs just had regular wear and tear stains and they couldn't get that out. It's not like it was soills. I'm pretty disappointed. I was expecting a lot better with the rave reviews on the radio. I guess it's just advertising.
As advertised, tile cleaning was great, carpet looks great.

AS ALWAYS A GREAT JOB. TECH WAS ON TIME. HAVE USED GROUT CLEANING SERVICE BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME FOR CARPET CLEANING. TECH TOLD ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO BEFORE STARTING AND RESULTS WERE GREAT. WILL USE SERVICES AGAIN
I didn't like that I had to move my furniture. Other carpet cleaning services move it for you. My cleaner was great though!!

Abel was very good at cleaning the carpet. The problem was that he did not apply the "scotch guard" that was paid for. So, I contacted him and the company by email that night and the next day the office said someone needed to come out and verify that it was not applied. (ps- I don't lie) So, Abel returned the next day, put water on my carpet which went straight through, tried to say that he had put the sealant on even though I had never seen the machine he brought in before, and then made it sound like he was doing me a favor by "re-applying" the sealant. I had wet carpet even when I woke the next day even though the commercial says about 4-8 hours drying time. Then I had slightly wet carpet the next day from the sealant application. Finally, I was able to move the furniture back into the rooms after 3 days and 2 nights. Out of all this, the part that bothered me most, was having my integrity called into question. I'm sure you get a number of people trying to cheat you, but the way it was presented to me was less than par.
I like how quickly the carpets dried and how all the stains were completely removed.

The carpets looked great the day of the cleaning, however seemed like dirt may have risen up in the next day or two. I am not quite sure how to explain it other than they seemed to quickly resume their previous state. I had the sealer put on two of the rooms, as well. Certainly not as bad, but seemed odd.

The lack of chemicals and the professional way the tech guys go about helping us with our home issues. Results are great, and given all the chemicals usually used w/o the great results, it seems only the best way to clean floors/furniture. Great for people with allergies - me!!
First attempt was a fail, second attempt was good, but stains in an entry way are reappearing and those were caused by the first technician spraying cleaning solution and not thoroughly cleaning that area.
The cleaning professional who came to our house was great, very professional and did a great job.

I think Able did a good job; however, the time spent upselling additional services, etc was kinda frustrating. And I actually did upgrade my service to include the carpet protector and felt that the application was not consistent throughout the house based on visually watching the technician apply it.
The price was more than double than the other quoted companies. (220 dollars for three rooms and stairs)
