The solution smelled really nice, and the service was excellent. The end result was very good.
After having the carpets cleaned I had to replace all my carpet in my house. Just seeing the stains under the carpet, and the pad when it was being taken out made my stomach sink thinking what I spent for the cleaning was a waste of your companies time and my money. It was disappointing to say the least.
The carpets dried within 3 to 4 hours. K.C. was very nice and explained everything steps along the way.
My 18 year old tile came out looking like it was brand new and the service tech was awesome and answered all my questions with confidence. Very Very happy!!

I loved that my carpets felt fresh and soft with no residue. Also, the service technician was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsale additional products which can be uncomfortable.
After the carpets were cleaned it didn't smell like a bunch of chemicals, it smelled fresh and clean!
It did not pull all that is in the pad back up again like last year's "other vendor". Plus the guy was a little early, friendly, helpful and quickly out and gone. Within 4 hours all was dry and 10 days later still looking good for how dirty this rental carpet was!!!!

I expected more from the stain removal. Carpets did dry quickly but left a musty smell like the equipment used was not cleaned from last job.

You cleaned a spot that took other companies 2-3 times and it was not 100 percent. Yours was
100 percent clean! The only complaint were the tassels on the rug took forever to dry and the rug still had a dingy area. But all in all better that the others I have tried.
