The price quoted was different than the one charged due to a $25 set up fee because I was on the second floor, not very professional, feels like bait and switch

Booking online was a breeze, they called me within the hour to set up a time frame, I did stress that early morning was easier for me to do, and they made sure to accommodate my time frame. The tech who arrived was amazing his name was Sean and was very professional and walked me through everything he was going to do, and asked if I had questions along the way. With our high traffic area it took him about 2 hrs for our 3 rooms that we did and I was so impressed with their work I will be using them again.

i need to have a technician come out and re-do areas that do not look clean at all.. I took a picture of what it looks like.. I'm very disappointed, I was supposed to list my house this week and have professional photos taken and now have to reschedule. I was referred to you by my realtor who has had great results. I felt our technician did not take the time that was needed. I also went over high traffic area with my Bissell ( clean) afterward and the water was dark brown. I have pics. I will follow up on Monday when you are open for business. Thank you.
