I didn't get any extra services, such as pretreat or post treatment. It took 1 hour to do my entire house (including going over what was to be done and finishing up with the bill). I talked to the service tech about the fact that both of the guest/kids bedrooms are very small & with a bed in them, there is one small walk way around the bed in each room. I felt that should be counted as 1 room, along with the hallway. I was charged for both bedrooms as well as the dining room, living room & master bedroom. A total of 5 rooms plus I was charged for 2 hallways that don't amount to one good size room. As you should be able to tell, based on these facts, my house isn't a very large house. App 1570 sq. ft, with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. I was told on the phone it normally takes 15 to 20 minutes per room. If that is the case, the minimum time per room that I was told of 15 minutes would total a minimum of 1.5 hours. The technician arrived at 2:30, which was 1/2 hour after the time I was given, which was 12:00pm to 2pm. The technician was done and gone by 3:30. I would say that of that hour that he was here, and this is stretching it, a total of 45 minutes was spent cleaning my carpet. That means that I was charged for 1 hour of the technicians time a total of $263.00 an hour....or $263.00 for app. 45 minutes of work. All I can say is this is outrageous to charge this amount of money. The cleaning was good, but it should never have cost that much. On the invoice it says I got a 3 room special. Well, lets see, the living room and dining room which are the 2 largest rooms cost $40.00 each, then I got the 3 bedroom special for $119.00. WOW, I saved a dollar. I was told a pretty high number when I called to make the appointment, but I thought that once the tech got here and seen how much there was to clean, that the price would come down. To make things right......I think my bill should have been around the $180.00 range
The technician who arrived at my house was prompt, professional and did an exceptional job on cleaning what was an extremely dirty rug! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

I recently had Zerorez clean my carpets and found Andrew Sparkman to be very nice and professional. He did a great job and was very careful not to scrape or mark up the walls with hoses and left with no mess.

You were not able to remove our pet stains. When I called to tell you, I was told that you would have to do a different treatment at a cost of $25.00 per 8"x8" area. For us this would have been about 12 areas in our living room and 10 in our bedroom at an exhorbitant cost!! For $85.00 we had another carpet cleaning company come out and all the pet stains are gone!! I will be using and recommending this company from now on. What can you do to make it right? Reimburse to us part of the cleaning cost we incurred with you.

The young man was courteous and friendly. Was efficient and did the job quickly. No after smell from chemicals and carpet dried in no time. Will use zerorez again.

We were very happy with the work that was done. However, our only concern was how the service tech presented an additional service to us at the end of the work. After completing the work he then asked us if we would be interested in adding a scotch guard type treatment at a cost of $25 per room, total add'l cost of $125. He suggested it because we have pets (which we had identified when we scheduled the appt) and did discuss the pet stains before the cleaning in which were treated during the cleaning. However, we were caught off guard with being asked if we wanted this extra service after the cleaning was completed. We did not have much time to think about it and/or do any research if this is something we wanted to do. We went ahead with the treatment at the recommendation of the technician, and we think it was a good idea to do, only based on the techs recommendation. To improve service we suggest you discuss this as an option for additional service upfront, before work is done, at the time of scheduling the appt. The way this was handled was not professional or appearing to be as upfront, it felt up sell or questionable if needed by the way it was handled.
The young man who did our cleaning was so nice and approachable..I love how dry the carpet was in a few hrs
