Well done, friendly staff
I liked the simplicity of the products. I also loved the service. The guys were super nice and very professional. They knew exactly what they were talking about and were no pressure sales. It was also nice not to have any "smells" from the products. All around great experience.

No residue. Reagan worked hard and well all day to get carpet, upholstery, and grout clean. Good results on all except for some real dirty areas on grout

The carpet still has a smell and there were stains still visible. I was really disappointed. I read such great reviews and my friend told me how used this company before and recommended you all.At this time I wouldn't recommend this company.
Place foil under the legs of furniture after the carpet they sit upon is cleaned. Check for any excess water that may have accumulated on surfaces (such as a tiled floor) near the cleaned carpeted areas and dry those surfaces.
No heavy chemicals
The workmanship, clean and friendly tech's, no odor.
I like that chemicals are not used.

So far it is a very good job and the two men who did it were very professional and congenial.
