The last tech you sent was efficient-However he is the most verbose man we(my wife and I) have ever encountered. He was obsessed with placing plastic feet under all the furniture. The result of this was that I had to help him lift three end tables after he cleaned. I was trying to relax and he peppered me with endless questions and information. He nearly drove my wife crazy and she said don't ever want to see this man again. It is not necessary that plastic feet be placed under the furniture and I wish to be left alone after a preliminary discussion with the tech.

I love that the product is non-toxic to my dog with no harsh chemicals. Also, the carpets located in my large rooms were dry within about 4 hours, the hall took a little longer, which I expected . Louis was very personable and professional and took the time to listen to the needs within each area being cleaned, prior to starting the process. He is a great asset to the company and would highly recommend both the company and Louis as a Tech to anyone.
My family and I have used zerorez for past few years. Each visit with them, they are on time, move quickly, answer any questions I may have and ensure that I know what to expect. My carpets always look like new and they even give me enough shoe covers for my entire family. It was very easy to set up an appointment and I didn't have to wait for weeks to get a day scheduled. Will never use another carpet cleaning company again.

Like what I hear about the cleaning solution. I liked that I got a 4 hr window then 48 hrs out a 2 hr window with a call 10-15min before technician arrived. Tyler was a great technician and explained so much a about the product and results I should expect in certain traffic areas.
