THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, THOROUGH. STAINS I THOUGHT WERE GOING TO LEAVE AT LEAST A SHADOW LITERALLY DISAPPEARED! THE CARPETS NOW LOOK LIKE NEW IN ALL FOUR ROOMS, ONE IN WHICH THE CARPET WAS A LIGHT BEIGE COLOR. ALSO, WE HAVE TWO CATS WHO HAVE LEFT THEIR MARKS OVER THE 10 YEARS WE HAVE HAD THEM, AND THOSE STAINS WERE GONE AS WELL!
WE WILL BE RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY TO OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

The person scheduling my appointment was able to accommodate the same day I called, although later in the week would have been acceptable to me. In fact I had to hurry to prepare my home by moving furniture and items before arrival of the technician !!!

I was told it would be $25 extra for the protectant, but it was $25 extra per room, which I found deceiving.

I was very pleased with the person I spoke with to schedule my appointment, he was informative about the company and the procedure in which the carpets would be cleaned. I was happy no chemicals would be used to clean the carpet as I watch my one year old granddaughter who crawls on it each day. When the guys ( Andrew and Andrew) arrived to clean they evaluated and did a very nice job of cleaning the carpet explaining the procedure as they went along. I was extremely pleased with the results.
You guys showed up on time, tech explained everything, he was concerned with my two dogs and the front door being open while he worked, he was very professional, and my carpet looks beautiful.
