I need to send you some pictures of our floor. There is a white film on the tile that wasn't there before and some spots where there is bright white residue. Our tech, Jake, stayed a while to spot clean it but today, now that the floors are completely dry, it is everywhere. Can I email some pictures to you? I spent an hour steam cleaning it myself today and it is not effective on cleaning up the residue. You might be able to give me some advice. At any rate, having paid over $600 for this service, I am really disappointed that the floors look worse in a lot of spots than before the cleaning.
The service is on time, completed to my satisfaction and very thorough. It is nice to know the cleaning process is so good for my grandkids to be all over the carpet afterwards.

The customer service was 100%. everyone was very nice. so i feel bad that it did not look too much different than other carpet cleaning companies. Almost all of the stains came back up within about 12 hours. I was told that the technician would have given me options for stain removal if it needed it and he did not. Again He was great as well as everyone else. I just exspected a difference from other carpet companies and I didnt see that.
The carpets took much longer than stated to dry and the operator was sloppy by not wearing booties on his shoes and left dirty foot prints all over my white floor tiles. water puddles were left along the edges of the carpet. I then had to clean it up.

The stains that were in the carpet before the tech came to clean the carpets are gone and don't seem to be coming back. There was a urine stain from our dog and that seems to have cleaned up nicely as well.

I paid extra for the pretreatment and it was worth it....the gentleman that came took his time and did a very great job! I am very happy...carpet was dry in the time frame he told me!
