Dodger arrived on time and took great care to not damage the corners of our house with the hoses from the truck by placing protective shields next to the corners of doorways to rooms. He also explained the process of cleaning and did a thorough job. The carpet, when dry looked great.

Scheduling needs to be upgraded and confirmed so that you cannot book flooring cleaning prior to duct cleaning. We have been using Zerorez for years in multiple homes and there have been a couple hang ups like this that cause a lot of scheduling rearranging and inconvenience. I appreciate the techs - they work very hard, are professional, and so kind. That is a bonus and why we continue to use the services.

My carpets in the bedrooms and hallway and stairs were cleaned wonderfully. But my problem carpet was my area rug in my living room. My dog has been peeing on the same side of the rug, I already purchased a new rug and he did it again. So I was hoping that with spending $240 to have it cleaned it would remove the smell and help prevent him from peeing again. Well it did not remove the smell or get cleaned very well. He hasn’t peed on it again though. I’m just disappointed. I may as well have bought another new rug for that price.
There is no scent of cleaner . Just a clean carpet .

I had my floor tile grout and tiles cleaned. They were very dirty. Wow the grout is so clean. I keep looking at it so clean and bright. They are like they were when new. The technician was Michelle V. She was excellent at my job. She explained what she would be doing and kept me informed. She worked very hard and was very detailed. Also she was very knowledgeable
about the process. I am very satisfied with the results!

We had our carpet done by Zerorez last year. We were not at all happy with the service. Our carpet was very dirty at the entrance of the living room due to heavy traffic. When the tech left and the carpet dried it looked like the dirt had been smeared around in that area. I decided to give you another chance and I was sure y lad I did. Tamari Wooley was the tech that showed up this time and he did an excellent job. In fact next time I will be requesting him. Thank you Tamari for an excellent job.
