The service provider was wonderful, but it’s only been one week and all of the stains have come back. I don’t think this product does a very good job actually cleaning anything. I felt the same way after last years cleaning but decided to give it one more chance due to recommendations, but I’ll never use this service for my carpets again.

I was quoted a price based on my explanation of what I wanted cleaned. Although I didn't add any rooms, the actual price was considerably higher. A more realistic estimate would be allow you to budget and plan better.

My floors look great! I am especially pleased with the tile floor in the bathroom. It was so dirty, it seemed impossible to get clean. But they did! It looks like brand new tile
