Best service! It far exceeded my expectations. Jorge was fantastic, he was so friendly and explained the process to me, his communication was great and communicated when he would have the rug ready by, and he was able to deliver my rug right before the holidays. I told him I understood if it took longer given the holidays, but he made my day when he dropped my rugs off this morning, and they look amazing, like new!

I like the product and that my carpets aren’t stiff and crispy and that harsh chemicals are not used. There was an issue this time with the hose breaking and pouring water all over my entry rug. Also, after the technician left, I noticed blue streaks up and down all the corners of my walls from the hose.

Cody, did an excellent job! My 10 chairs upholstery came out brand new.

I had an odd request - feral cat urine on my detachable jeep back seat - and Cody was up to the task! He was very thorough about washing the seat as deeply possible. I’m very grateful, because otherwise I may have had to replace the seat altogether.

We were very happy with the results. The carpets were not only clean and bright, but is the first time the carpets actually dried soft. Our technician was great and explained the process thoroughly and worked efficiently from start to finish. We’re going to be scheduling our cleaning needs on a regular basis from now on.

We've used Zerorez many times. This last time was such a great experience. Our technician Tamare let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. I explained what areas we needed cleaned and we had some tape adhesive on the carpet that I wasn't sure if it could be removed. After he cleaned the areas all the adhesive was gone and we were so happy with the results! He was really professional and courteous and wore booties over his shoes as well! Thank you Tamare for such a great experience and making our carpet look brand new again!

I like that you don't use chemicals and that your pricing is competitive. I really liked your last special price of $119! The technicians are always friendly and professional and it doesn't take them a long time to do the job. The carpet never feels "crunchy" afterwards either.

Clean carpet with no soap residue. He cleaned my tile this time. It has a texture that collects dirt. It came out sparkling clean, same with the sealed grout. The powerful machine used for the tile cleans better than anything I could do myself. Dodger was conscientious and did a great job.
