I have used Zerorez for as long as I can remember. They do not use soap which destroys your carpet.

I like the staff. When I called to make an appointment, she was very pleasant and helpful. Ezekiel, the technician who cleaned my carpets right now, was also very nice. He answered all my questions, in a very patient manner. He did a good job!

This was my first experience using Zerorez and I couldn't be happier. Michele V. initially explained everything that was going to be done when she arrived and answered any question I had along the way. She is very personable, professional, and caring (about how my dog, Ana was going to fair with the disruption in her daily life. Very impressed with her thoughtfulness.
About the carpet cleaning: WOW! My carpets are magnificently clean!! They haven't looked this good since they were first installed (taking into consideration that was 20+ years ago)! The cleaning did require a few hours to dry completely. It was fun walking in bare feet. I cannot say enough good things about Zerorez. A thorough job. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!
