I waited to respond to the feedback until over a month had passed to really be able to evaluate the cleaning. The tech did a great job seeing and getting out the few medium and larger stains we made since last time you were out. He missed some of the small ones though, and I went around while the carpet was still wet to remove those myself. Next time I'll be sure to point them out since they were harder to see.

Steve was very professional, friendly, and did a GREAT job cleaning our carpets. Steve called us 15 minutes prior to his on-time arrival at 1:00. He left at 2:50 with all of our carpets cleaned and our questions answered. I would not hesitate to recommend zerorez to family or friends. I have already referred a colleague at work who is having his carpets cleaned by Zerorez on Thursday.(John even received $25.00 off the price because I gave him Steve's card.)

The service tech Steve was very friendly and helpful. I think I may have expected more of the cleaning than I should have. Our carpet has seen two dogs, a cat, and three kids 12 and under...all in the last six years! There are some stains that did not come out, and one spot where the scent of dog urine is still slight (after additional cost for pet stains/odors). All things considered, I am pleased with the service. I purchased a bottle of "Spot Treatment" and "Zero-Stink" and have re-treated the one area I'm still concerned about.
