Your service cleaned carpets that are 13 years old, have gone through 3 little kids, cat, dog and got out stains that previously came back after cleaning. While we still have some stains that didn't come out, the carpet looks good. We were thinking of replacing it but now the cleaning bought us another year to wait to replace the carpet.

Very friendly, excellent customer service! Everything was explained again, no surprises. Came in the 3 hour window. Suggestions were made, yet not in a pushy manner, more like presenting the ideas/products letting the customer make an informed decision. Very detail oriented, down to the tarp over the front doorway to keep heat in, corner guards to protect woodwork around corners and raking up footprints when completely done with the carpets. Like the idea of no chemicals in the cleaning process!
