I also like that I was able to make an appointment rather quickly. I had my cat put to sleep and am looking to adopt another pet, so getting rid of the scents from my cat was very important so the next pet would not want to scent mark over those.

The service was exceptional, your technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and I have clean carpet now!

They were here when they said they would be; they called ahead to let us know so I could get home from work; my arpet looked like new when they were done; they were friendly and pleasant both on the phone and in person. The only thing I didn't like is when you say one price in the adversitements and then when you call to make an appointment are told there is an automatic additional service charge added on. Very misleading if you ask me. It would be better to just say the total amount up front.

I like that the carpet isn't exceptionally wet after it had been cleaned and that it the carpet seems softer than when using some of the other carpet cleaners.

ZEROREZ was accommodating to our tight schedule. The tech, Dave Knose did a great job explaining the cleaning process and performing it. The results were terrific. Another plus was that there were no chemical fumes. We will highly recommend your business to others.
