The technician, Steve, was phenomenal! He is a great ambassador of your product. He took the time to explain expected results, and worked hard to achieve the best results possible. Great service. Even came to my house on a Sunday. Very professional technician. Courteous, explained all processes. Was impressed with details like corner guards and the door cover to keep cold air out. Carpet cleaned up like a dream got all the major stains out looks brand new. He even pointed out small staines he could not get out. I would certainly use Zerorez again. Thank you Terri on the KQ morning show for promoting Zerorez so well. Nice work!

i like the appearence of Joe who clearned my carpet. i felt safe having him in my home. i like the fresh smell of the carpet and the softness of the carpet after it was cleaned.

Quality service, exceptional customer service. I was amazed at the personable service reps sent to my house as well as their professional attitude. They explained every step of the cleaning process and offered services based on my needs and use. I have never received such polite and professional service without a "hard sell". I am now looking at adding additional services to my home! Thanks!

Very professional, sweet and friendly. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to not bump into stuff with hose, cover doorway, and wipeup wet spots where needed. Oh, and the carpet looks amazing!!!

The technician I had went out of his way to do an excellent job on our carpet, even after a revisit due to some staining and dirt. He is a real asset to your company. I would definitely have you do my carpets again and on a regular basis and will recommend you to people I know.

You came out right away, my children could watch and walk on the carpet while being cleaned. My carpet was cleaned perfectly and quickly. I wouldn't ever call another cleaning service. Thank you!

The price the scheduler told me on the phone is the SAME price the Technician told me in person! (Another place jacked up the price $650.00 more than what I was quoted with my $99.00 coupon!!!! No kidding. I will never call them again.) The Technician was SOO friendly. This is my second time using Zerores and I will never call anyone else!

They are chemical free and I do not have to worry about having my cat become ill - and I can let my grandkids crawl around on the floor. It's also mush softer feeling on the skin as compared to other cleaners.
