The young man who came to our home was polite and informative. He seemed knowledgeable and he was quite thorough but there were a few sections of the family room carpet that we thought he could have gone over again. You can see a line where he went over some parts twice. They actually seem cleaner and we wish he'd done that everywhere. An area where our dog always lays came very clean and we were afraid it wouldn't so that was great. Overall we were very pleased.

The service, quality and value was exceptional. I heard they were the best in town, but you have to experience it yourself! We had black spots and stains on our stairs that we couldn't remove with any other cleaner. The stairs and all of the carpets look brand new. The service was awesome. The guy walked me thru the bill that I was quoted (which was identical to what I was quoted when I booked the appointment). He walked me thru the options for cleaning pet stains, which I denied. He then cleaned the carpets and put down the protective coating. He then walked me thru my bill again and that was it. We had to stay off the carpets for 12 hours so that it could dry appropriately. That was a little unexpected, but it was worth it! We are 100% satisfied and will definately have them back when our carpets need cleaning again!

I like the communication from scheduling to narrow the window down until the technician showed up. That's how it should be run. The only thing that I was somewhat dissapointed was that my carpets didn't get cleaner then the other company I used before. But that's not zerorez fault. I guess I expected a miracle.

Services: Very professional and informative when I called for information. When I set
up the appointment, I was told we would be notified two days before the appointment
with an estimated time of arrival; that we would be getting a phone call on the day of
the appointment giving us a 20 minute notice of arrival; that the carpet cleaning would
take about an hour. This all happened exactly as we were told. Aaron did a great job
cleaning the carpets and getting the stains out, with no mess to our house. The cost of
the carpet cleaning came out to be a little less than we were quoted. Our carpets look
so nice, I have alreadly recommended Zerorez to several people. Thank you, Aaron, for
doing a great job!
Products: The cleaning product did an excellent job of cleaning and getting out the
stains on our carpets with no offensive odor and no heavy saturation.
