Ben, our cleaner, was 100% honest with me about the state of our carpets. Knowing that the stains were going to be hard to remove, he still did his absolute best and put a ton of effort into making our carpets look great. He didn't try to push any additional sales on us.
I also loved the 15 minute courtesy call. It made it very convenient to meet up with the technician at our rental without having to sit around all day.

Tech Matt Hall was ontime, especially frinedly and was so completent in the job the carpet looked so good, we didnt want to walk on it after he was done, it looked so nice we didnt want to ruin it! He was so incredible nice and friendly, he was a pleasure to have him in our home!
