I thought you guys did a great job on cleaning my carpets. I have white carpet and do daycare and my carpet was in rough shape and it still looks fantastic weeks later. I got the carpet protectant for future spills and its works great. I also got the carpet stain remover and I LOVE it!! It has gotten out every stain I tried it on so far and I'm so happy with the fact that its non-toxic and safe for my kids and animals!!

Your technician, Chris R. was prompt, even early. He examined our carpet and explained what he was going to do to get them clean before he started. He is a hard worker who did a walk through with us after he was done to make sure we were satisfied. The next morning we discovered that we all missed seeing a spot near our dining area lunch counter. We called the Zerorez office and explained the problem. To our amazement Chris was back at our home within a few hours. He took care of the problem in a few minutes. No hassle, no problems just great customer service. We will recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.
