They have this good citrus smell and not allot of chemicals. It doesn't take very long for them to clean the carpets or long to wait for the carpets to dry. The services are outstanding. I have used Zerorez 3 times now and each time I get a different person and they are always professional, informative and personable. This last gentleman Jaime was the nicest person. He cared that we had dogs and explained all the service they could provide to help eliminate the odors and protect our carpets. He was not pushy, just letting us know what zerorez could do for us. He was great and he came on a Sunday!

The service technition was very professional, and obviously experienced and knowledgeable about what he does. You could sense the pride he took in his work, which is getting harder and harder to find these days, and was nice to see.

What attracted us to your products and services was the elemination of what has been left in the past from cleaning the carpet and lack of residue them being left being when you were done and of course the results of very clean carpet. We liked knowing that the carpet was free from soap and dirt. Which we understood would contribute less to future attraction of dirt dust. This meaning less high trafic dirt, less cemicals in our home for us and our pet. The carpet looked like brand new when it was done!
Just as important if Aynton is an example of the norm in the service and education of your In-home Cleaning Representatives, then you are right on mark for hiring and training of your employees. That goes for all the Communication Representatives were in contact with at Zerorez.

Technician was friendly, courteous and listened to my needs. He went way above and beyond with my requests. He took care of everything I asked and needed and explained a maintenence product I purchased so I could handle a little DIY next time. I am very confident about Zerorez and have used them before and recommended them before. AND I will continue to do so to any friend that will listen. Actually, I even told a salesgal on the phone, the day of my appointment, that my outfit, the meal and now my carpet and bathroom were all ready for company!

The outcome! Fantastic!!! Seriously neglected carpet - and worse, the "new shag" that must have gone un-vacuumed for EVER. Now add three dogs. Didn't think it was possible to save the carpet but zerorez is exactly what I thought it would be - something completely different. And the zerorez team is the best, to boot! Carpets are the most important part of your home to know that they are really clean because you can not see what is down in them. Who doesn’t want to feel comfortable stretched out on their family room or living room floor?
