Joe was very knowledgable when answering my questions and concerns. And his service was wonderful and our carpet looked great when he was finished.

It started with the phone call in advance from John tell me his arrival time which was right on the money. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. But here's the best part , not only will I lay on the carpet with my face down but I'll let my 10 month old crawl and play where neither one of us would have even sat due to my 15 old chihuahua named Shakes. The carpets are like new and the best part they don't smell of chemical or treatments and the dog stains are GONE. I've been hearing your commercials for quite some time and decided to give you a try even thought Stanley Steamer was in the neighborhood the day before offering their usual sales I stayed with Zerorez and couldn't be happier. You have a return customer forever and I'd like to say thank you and thank you to John H. For a job well done.

Excellent cleaning job/system. Doesn't take alot of time, friendly staff.

The carpet looks fabulous!! The technician was informative & efficient - he arrived as scheduled, even though I didn't get a call telling me exactly when (his phone wasn't working so the office was to call me to let me know he'd be there at 11:00 am, but that didn't happen). It was not a big deal, I'd planned to be home from 10:00 to 1:00 anyway. The stains came out, the smell was great, everything went as expected and very well!!

I like the cleaning process and especially the young man , Aaron Heath. who did the cleaning!. He was very personable and did an excellent job!

My carpets look great they were dry right away, and Tony was clean, professional, and on time!
