The technician, Aaron, was very friendly and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and gave us a quick overview of the condition of our carpet before he left. Before our appointment, customer service called to let us know that he would be arriving towards the end of the time window that we were given. I appreciated them telling us that and was very impressed with the whole process.

Well, we had our carpets clean and from what I understand is you use water and not soaps. So from the finished product we can say were happy with the products used. The service although somewhat late due to truck problems we were still impressed. I would still use you and recommend your services to friends and family. The Technition Ben was very polite, respectful of my home and very honest about the expectations for the cleaning. I understood that not everything was going to come out and they got some of the spots out that I didn't think was possible. I was so impressed with the way my carpets looked and felt! I also had them clean a recliner that is 14 years old and it looks brand new! I am a very satisfied customer and if you are even thinking about getting your carpets cleaned I would not go with ANYONE else. The cost is very reasonable and the results are OUTSTANDING.
Qick and fast drying, feels clean, corteous technicians. However one spot is still probably need some heavier pet soiling treatment. The price was a little bit heavy for us due to pet soiling treatment and stairs cleaning, other wise we are satisfied with our carpet cleaning experience with Zerorez and technician RJ.
The person that cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable. I was actually embarrassed that he got on his hands and knees to smell our carpet stains. He did not push any products but was knowledgeable when asked about them. We will definitely request him next time. It was a much better experience than our first time with Zerorez which was still a great experience.
I love that you don't use chemicals, instead using extracts from orange & lemon peel. It was very effective in cleaning the carpet. The technician was very informative and friendly, and did a thorough job.
