Your technician, Chris R. was prompt, even early. He examined our carpet and explained what he was going to do to get them clean before he started. He is a hard worker who did a walk through with us after he was done to make sure we were satisfied. The next morning we discovered that we all missed seeing a spot near our dining area lunch counter. We called the Zerorez office and explained the problem. To our amazement Chris was back at our home within a few hours. He took care of the problem in a few minutes. No hassle, no problems just great customer service. I'm anything but a meticulous housekeeper, but after 12 years of having the carpet he told me I was just living "too clean" altho he did show me on the runners in my home of the major difference between the cleaned and uncleaned part.
