We had a very bad experience several years ago but ultimately our carpets were not damaged and they were very clean. So we decided to give you another try and this was a very different experience. The carpets look great and the crew that came out was very professional and efficient. We are very pleased.

Service was great - on the phone when I spoke with a scheduler; through email confirmations and alerts; and when the technician came to do the cleaning. I was kept informed throughout the process and instructions were very clear (how I should prepare, what we should expect, etc.). The technician was very professional, and yet friendly. The actual cleaning process took just less than an hour and our carpet looks great. The technician was clear that he couldn't guarantee the spots would be removed or the areas of heavy traffic would come clean, but they did. We are very satisfied with how clean our carpets look, as well as with the service. I actually recommended Zerorez to a friend yesterday.

First of all the person doing the cleaning was very personable and went over the house looking at the carpet and telling me about the procedure.
Then he wore protective shields on his feet to keep things clean.
He even got out the mudding on the floor from the renovating we are doing.
All and all we were very pleased with the cleaning.

Your claims are not exaggerated! The phone staff is very polite and informative. Your technician (Chris R.) knows how to work wonders (I'm very satisfied). I was quite impressed that he carefully explained what he was going to do and why.

I thought you guys did a great job on cleaning my carpets. I have white carpet and do daycare and my carpet was in rough shape and it still looks fantastic weeks later. I got the carpet protectant for future spills and its works great. I also got the carpet stain remover and I LOVE it!! It has gotten out every stain I tried it on so far and I'm so happy with the fact that its non-toxic and safe for my kids and animals!!

They worked VERY well and left the carpet 25 year old white carpet looking nearly new. Jeremy took time to explain the whole procedure, especially about biological stain removal, and answered our questions in a very kind and professional way.

You don't use harsh soaps. The pretreatment smells really fresh and after the protector coat the carpet fluffed up really beautifully, looked like BRAND NEW CARPET!
